OWH MWT: Miss You Kid's Cards

The "quilty" section was made using scraps which went perfect with this image my Copic's teacher gave me to color when I was taking the class.  Sentiment is CTMH.

OWH Sketch #230

Another fun sketch courtesy of Diane.  I decided to go patriotic with papers that I had leftover from some grad party decorations that I made for a friend.  I shared a picture below.  The blue is by Shabby Green Door, star paper is We R Memory Keepers, and sticker is K&Company.

Words 2 Scrap By

Yes...another post...I had the day off because I have been working on the weekends.  It was great to get caught up on cleaning and I had a little fun along the way.  This card is for Words 2 Scrap By which is having a Dr Seuss inspired challenge.  I was having a hard time deciding what to create when I ran across these hot air balloons by Bird.  I have to admit that I have never seen a Balloon Glow but DH & I once took a ride in one.  My favorite part was skimming the top of the tasseled corn...it was amazing.

OWH MWT: CANTALOUPE and PISTACHIO

Okay so I want to confess up front that I am not sure the "Candi"s add anything good to the card or are they just a distaction...honestly, what do you think?  The paper is by SignifyPink; sentiment by Studio G.

Cards in Envy: Fun in the Sun

Another fun challenge at Cards in Envy.  When I saw the theme I immediately thought of baseball; an all-american summer past time.  I decided to go retro and found this awesome image at Free Vintage Digital Stamps.  Keeping with the all-american theme, I decided to create the background out of washi tape.  I added some stitching, a baseball and sentiment to finish the card.  I think I will be saving this card for my BIL's 50th birthday which is later this year.

OWH Sketch #229

A fun sketch shared by Brenda.  When I saw the sketch my mind immediately went to these gears that have been in my stash for awhile by Little Yellow Bicycle.  The silver foil is by Recollections; the brown may be by Adornit.  Sentiment is a mix of the computer and stickers.  I am giving this card to my baby brother.

OWH ODBD & Cards in Envy

This card is for two challenges:  OWH ODBD: Diecuts/Punches & Cards in Envy: Feeling Buggy.  The cute image is by 2 Cute Ink; paper by Signify Pink.
