This week's challenge is red & white ot green & white. I chose the later combo using scrap papers that were on my crafting table. The sticker is by the same company. Sentiment is computer generated although I could not really get a shade of green that I liked. Stop back tomorrow for my top 13 from 2013.

OWH Sketch #205
A super easy sketch thanks to Cindy. Great sample card, particularly the layering, I am putting that on my need to try list. This is the second week in a row I am unable to see the sketch on the post. Is anyone else having that problem? Suggestions?
The little racoon diecut has been laying on my table for weeks just begging to be put to good use so that is where I started. I used a new-to-me color combo which I am really liking. Sentiment is computer generated.

OWH Sketch #204
The sketch this week by Tommi threw me for a little loop with the three circles in the bottom half but I think I was able to work it out. I absolutely loved her sentiment placement, but I ended up with mine in the circle. Papers are by October Afternoon; sentiment was computer generated. Gotta keep rolling as I still have lots of Christmas stuff to work on.

OWH: Penguins
OWH had a special request for penguin cards that are not winter specific. I had no stamps or papers that would work so I decided I needed to create one using paper punches. The bottom card is my second attenpt which is okay but I knew I could make it better. The top card is my third final attempt. Thanks for looking!

OWH Sketch #203
Another fun & easy sketch thanks to fellow OWHer Cherie. The little chick was my starting point...a die cut by imaginisce. I used papers by AC & imaginisce. Do you ever wonder how the camera never lies? I have just a hair difference in the banner spacings but it looks like a mile in the photo. Oh well, I think I am going to keep this one for my own personal use. Thanks for stopping by!

Addicted to CAS: Snowflakes
Hello...I guess I am on roll for posting today. I pulled out makingmemories Mistletoe spiral journal pages which has snowflakes printed on clear acetate. I also grabbed a piece of kraft cardstock...it always reminds me of Christmas and homemade wrapping paper. The real challenge was how get the acetate to stay on the card and still look good. I ended up pulling out a corner punch that I could slip the corners into. The sentiment is by Fiskars. I am linking this card up to the last challenge for the year at Addicted to CAS. What a great theme to end on!
OWH ODBD: December
A great big Thank You to Our Daily Bread Design for sponsoring this monthly challenge for OWH and postage for two boxes when we hit the 50 card mark. They chose a masculine theme this month.
My card card features a sentiment that I created myself that was inspired by the bowling pin paper. I just love the retro bowling alley signs which seemed to be a perfect match. Putting the card together so it wasn't too busy was a bigger challenge. I have a paper pack that has several sheets so I can see making a few multiples or variations of this card.
