I printed out the image on a piece of metallic red paper and a sheet of white...a little fussy cutting and Copic coloring. Warning...the inkjet ink will not dry on metallic so I had to carefully wipe it off after I placed all the pieces where they needed to go. I created my own retro diecut by starting with a circle and cutting out triangles. The sentiment is popped out. Three black rhinestones in the corner just to add a little pop. Sweet image!
What a cute card... I may have to get this image for my own collection! Maybe use it on a card for a friend from work who has surgery this week?
