OWH MWT: Red, White & Blue

This was another card I had in my OWH box that I pulled to share for this week's MWT color challenge.  The box need to be mailed out soon.  This paper is from a We R Memory Keepers 4x6 Yankee Doodles pad.  I adore the rainbow...so fun.

    Sweet and simple and my favorite part is the bold sentiment. It makes me want to Celebrate!!
