OWH ODBD & Sketch #149
For those of you who are not regular followers you might have missed that I have a goal to use up one entire 6x6 paper pad (an OWH tutorial) before I can call it good. My pad is by American Crafts and I am so ready to be done with it. I did learn some things about my creative process as I went along.
ODBD Challenge: Sweet image by Dilly Beans and paper is AC. Colored with Copics.
Sketch #149: I started with a little piece of that AC pad. I added in some chevron that I made using some diagonal stripes cut into 1" strips and pieced together as well as Making Memories Wedding paper. Sentiment from Stampin' Up and image...well...I am not sure what clear stamp company made this one... I did have a gray brad in the middle but it did not work for me so I colored it with Copics and thought it improved the card. I wish I would have taken a photo before to compare. Oh well....

You made the chevron!!!!! Wow! I really love it - and it pops with the dots! I really enjoyed reading about how you made it. It helps when I want to go buy all the great "stuff" someone used! Thank you so much for making a card for sketch #149!
