I was especially lucky this weekend with my secondhand purchases. I was able to score a slightly used OWH HA clear stamp set for a bargain price as well as two punches, some paper (see the first card), other stamps, and ribbon. I love scrapbooking rummage sales!
The first card features Doodlebug Design paper.
I decided to make a second card that was more Jane's style since this was her sketch.. I realized that I could round the corners and make a little flower. Sentiment is CTMH.
Both cards are really nice, Linda. The bright colors in the first one are so fun and I really like the way you did the flower on the second one. Thanks so much for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThese are both very nice Linda. I love that puzzle patterned paper. Very cool! TFS
ReplyDeleteLove both, especially the bright one! Love the crisp colors and excellent matting!
ReplyDeleteHow cool to to the sketch two ways. I LOVE that puzzle paper; it's so bright and cheery, and the monochrome one is lovely and those flowers are so clever!
ReplyDeleteYou created 2 great cards with your bargain supplies! I just love that puzzle dsp on the first card, and the rounded squares flower looks so pretty! I love purple :)
ReplyDeleteWay to take one sketch and make two completely different cards! Love the puzzle paper!
ReplyDeleteGreat score on the bargains! Way to go. And the cards are sweet. Doodlebug is a favorite company of mine. Love their stuff and that paper is just so fun. REally like your flower on the second card! Thanks so much for sharing.
ReplyDeleteI love the purple card, especially the embossing... It's wonderful to get a bargain, too!
