This is one of my favorite CAS card layouts. I chose to go with Christmas because of the Holiday Theme at Addicted to CAS. One could easily change this to a birthday theme with different papers. Sentiment is Stampin' Up.

Terrific CAS design Linda! That's a snowflake punch used as your bow isn't it?! Very clever! and the tiny bit of bling is a perfect finishing touch too.
