SSC: Buttons, Bows & Polka Dots

It has been awhile since I was able to join Sweet Stampin' Challenge just because of life.  However I managed to find some time this week...yea!  Image is by Sherri Bauldy; sentiment by me.  Papers are Bella Cart and K&Co.  I just had to use the blue background as it reminded me of trendy bathroom wallpaper or tile.  I did use some Glossy Accents on the bubbles.
