I already had two cards in my box that I really liked and wanted to share and are perfect for this week's challenge. Both are two of my scrap cards from January. The first features some stickers that needed to be used or pitched. The square that they are grounded on is some sort of window thing that I kept as one piece.
I smile because giraffes really do not live in a jungle, but a "its a safari out there" really doesn't have the same punch. Someone on FB asked if stickers are okay for OWH cards...I say yes they are. The second card has one of those little journaling images that come on a big sheet...I am so addicted to those...this one is by Cosmo Cricket.
I love how your scrap cards turned out, they're perfect for this challenge!
ReplyDeleteThanks for playing in our OWH Midweek Throwdown challenge!
Stickers are a great way to make cards and I love what you've done with them!
ReplyDeleteVery cool! I like the second card a lot with those stars.
ReplyDeleteLove both. I need to figure out how to use stickers.

Love the giraffe- no matter where he lives! Love that the cards are from your scraps. And you did great with stickers- I gave up trying- mine look like- well- stickers--and yours looks like great elements of the card.

ReplyDeleteIt always feels good to put scraps to use. I really like the second card... The stars and sports themed paper work perfectly with the sentiment. Great boys card!
ReplyDeleteI never use those journaling cards, but now after seeing your cards, I'm going to take a much closer look at them and try to use them! Great cards Linda! I love those stars!
