OWH MWT: State Colors

The Iowa State flag is Red, White & Blue with a touch of brown.  I decided to raid the scrap pile for some inspiration and found this shape that needed a little finishing up.  I popped out my computer generated sentiment and ran the ribbon underneath and tied on a bow.  I love how it seems to underline the Thank You.  Easy Peasy!

    1. Debbie, it is the one of those Fiskar shapes not a die. Thanks for asking.

  5. That turned out great! Also thanks for being the FEATURED FRIDAY Cardmaker on today's OWH Stars and Stamps blog! As I told you in my comments there, I really love all your cards, but I think your teddy and dog are my faves. And I am so going to CASE that darling dog sentiment!

  6. Linda- I like your card representing you home state--simply elegant! And so very cool to be the Featured Friday gal! I love all of the cards posted there as well- but the sweetie with the curly hair really stands out for me! OWH is a great organization and it fun to learn more about you! You rock the more masculine cards- I am working on this- so thanks for your inspirations!

  7. Ahh, the state flag of Iowa - I made them for years for a living, joining the red and blue panels to the printed centers :) Congrats for being the featured card maker over at the S&S blog today, and it's been great getting to know you through blogging and commenting! Keep up the great work you're doing! I really like this card you made patterned after your home state flag! Those big sentiments are so cool!!
