The Iowa State flag is Red, White & Blue with a touch of brown. I decided to raid the scrap pile for some inspiration
and found this shape that needed a little finishing up. I popped out my computer generated sentiment and ran the ribbon underneath and tied on a bow. I love how it seems to underline the Thank You. Easy Peasy!
